FORMAL COMPLAINT – 2024 CVO ROAD GLIDE ST 25TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION To Whom It May Concern, I am requesting immediate intervention from Harley-Davidson Corporate regarding ongoing and unresolved safety concerns with my 2024 CVO Road Glide ST 25th Anniversary Edition. The motorcycle was originally purchased through a Harley-Davidson dealership in Syracuse, New York. Since ownership, the motorcycle has experienced repeated throttle-related failures that create a serious safety concern. The issue occurs during normal riding conditions. Upon slight acceleration, the throttle unexpectedly cuts out, resulting in a complete loss of throttle response. Simultaneously, multiple warning lights illuminate across the instrument display, and the check engine light activates before the motorcycle loses power. This issue has occurred numerous times and continues despite multiple repair attempts. The motorcycle has been serviced by multiple authorized Harley-Davidson dealerships, including: * Harley-Davidson of Greeley (John Elway Harley-Davidson), Greeley, Colorado * Harley-Davidson of Perrysburg, Ohio * Harley-Davidson of Napoleon, Ohio (current servicing dealership) The motorcycle has been taken in for service on multiple occasions. Due to scheduling limitations and dealership availability, there have been only two formal repair visits specifically addressing this issue, including one instance where the motorcycle remained in the dealership’s possession for nearly a month without the problem being successfully repaired. I am extremely concerned about the safety implications of a motorcycle that loses throttle response while in operation. This defect places both the rider and surrounding motorists at risk. I am requesting: 1. Immediate review and escalation of this case by Harley-Davidson Corporate. 2. Assignment of a corporate case manager. 3.
