TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 HEARTLAND FUEL TRAVEL TRAILER. WHILE THE TRAILER WAS BEING TOWED AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH, THE TRAILER HITCH BECAME BENT. THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN TO CAMPING WORLD (LOCATED AT 10255 PAPAGO FWY, AVONDALE, AZ 85323, (888) 583-8215) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS STILL AWAITING FOR THE RESULTS AS TO THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE RV WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS INVALID.*DT *TR *DT*DT*DT*JB

EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY

There is a possibility that the plumbing vent for the Black holding tank was not completed inside the wall to extend through the roof. The Vent does come out of the tank but only goes half way up the wall, and does not extend out the roof.
