Owner-reported complaints filed with NHTSA, grouped by component
Data refreshed
What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2011 Heartland Gray Stone, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.
Reports by component
Ranked by how many owner reports name each component category
- Tires & wheels250.0%
- Body & structure125.0%

Percentages are of component mentions. A single complaint can name more than one component, so these do not sum to the total complaint count.

POWERKING TOWMAX TIRE DISTRIBUTED BY DYNAMIC TIRE CORP BLEW OUT AND TORE UP THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE 5VER. THE OTHER THREE TIRES WERE EXAMINED AT A TIRE SHOP AND FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE ALSO, BROKEN BEADS. SENT BACK TO DYNAMIC FOR INSPECTION, OF COURSE THEY DETERMINED I WAS EITHER OVERLOADED OR THE TIRES WERE OVER OR UNDER INFLATED. I'M VERY CAREFUL REGARDING MY TIRES, I CHECK THEM BEFORE EACH TRIP AND EACH STOP. I MAKE SURE THEY ARE CORRECTLY INFLATED AND I'M NOT OVERLOADED. JUST POORLY MANUFACTURED TIRES AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO BE PLACED ON ANY RV. SAFETY IS IMPORTANT AND THEY, DYNAMIC TIRE CORP, SHOULD STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. *TR
