INTERMITTENTLY WHILE DRIVING AT 65 MPH THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY ACCELERATED TO 85 MPH. THE CONSUMER DISCONNECTED THE ELECTRONIC THROTTLE UNIT WHICH WAS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE DEALERSHIP INSPECTED THE VEHICLE SEVERAL TIMES, HOWEVER THE PROBLEM RECURRED. *AK WHEN THE THROTTLE FAILED THE CONSUMER WAS PRESSING THE BRAKE TO GET THE VEHICLE TO STOP. THE VEHICLE'S BRAKES BECAME SO HOT THAT SMOKE WAS BILLOWING FROM THE RV AND WAS ALSO COMING INSIDE THE RV. THE RV'S TRANSMISSION FAILED. THE 100 GALLON FUEL TANK LEAKED.
