VEHICLE WAS REAR ENDED AND PUSHED INTO TRAFFIC AND HIT BY A TRUCK, UPON IMPACT THE SEATBELT STRAP WEBBING BROKE, CAUSING A BROKE COLLAR BONE AND INJURY TO RIGHT HAND. SEAT LATCH ALSO FAILED CAUSING THE SEAT BACK TO COLLAPSE. NLM
