My vehicle is subject to Recall 292 (NHTSA 24V-034). Hyundai has admitted in writing that this vehicle violates Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 226 because the third-row side curtain airbags fail to meet ejection mitigation requirements. I routinely transport minor children in the third row. Hyundai's official notice confirms this defect increases the risk of injury or death to occupants in this row during a rollover. Despite this life-threatening safety risk and the fact that there is no available remedy, Hyundai National Consumer Affairs (Case #XXX) has denied my request for a repurchase. They are citing the vehicle's mileage as a reason for denial, effectively forcing me to continue transporting my children in a vehicle that is federally non-compliant and admitted to be unsafe in a collision. I’m frustrated with the seatbelt recall. The dealership has been amazing at assisting us, but it’s Hyundai that’s dropping the ball with only release 2 seatbelt buckles per week, per dealership. I have 2 seatbelts in my vehicle that are randomly coming unbuckled. I’ve had a few appointments trying to get it fixed, but they can’t get the parts in. Then to receive a letter in the mail about the third row seat. This isn’t just my daily driver, I haul 4 kids in this vehicle with 2 seatbelts coming unbuckled! This should be a priority in fixing, all of it.

The contact owns a 2023 Hyundai Palisade. The contact stated that while reversing out of the garage, the powered front driver's seat suddenly began to move backwards, and the contact was unable to reach the brake pedal to stop the vehicle. The powered seat then moved forward, causing the seat belt to tighten around the waist of the driver. The contact was able to put the vehicle in park and stopped the vehicle. During the failure, no injuries were reported. Also, the contact indicated that previously, while driving at an undisclosed speed, a message was displayed that the vehicle was driving the wrong way. The contact stated that the failure occurred while driving down a dark and unfamiliar road. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 10,000.

2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy is on it's 2nd trip into the shop to fix the driver-side righthand upright bolster. It fails to inflate properly both with manual adjustment and after 80mph as it's designed to do.

I bought a 2023 hyundai palisade calligraphy and I found out the seat controls do not work and the air condition doesn’t work but they were fixed but the most important thing is the BLUE LINK BUTTON WHERE THE REAR VIEW MIRROR IS inside the car that I need in case of an emergency doesn’t work at all and doesn’t connect to hyundai blue link . I called hyundai manufacturer and I called hyundai blue link several times and their stupid engineers couldn’t fix the problem and I went to the dealership and their service dept and they couldn’t fix the issue . This is a brand new car that the blue link inside it doesn’t work at all and I paid for 3 years service .i push the blue link butto then it connects then it ends with no ring tone and no one on the other side . It keeps disconnecting and fails to connect me to blue link . This is a major defect in the hyundai palisade calligraphy and needs to be addressed seriously and professionally by hyundai and get it fixed immediately. I am attaching photos and videos and on my car screen it shown that blue link ended on 12/31/2023 but that is wrong because I have blue link until 1/26/2026 three more years but my car screen has it as expired on 12/31/2023 and that is wrong

After pressing side button on seat for auto folding function the seat will no longer lock into its track. I took the vehicle to the dealership for a repair and was advised it will be a month before the part arrives on my 2 day old vehicle. I'm completely disgusted at the thought my child could be killed by a seat that just slides back and forth with nothing stopping forward or rear movement other than my drivers seat or the rear 3rd row seat. I'm pretty sure in an event of an accident forward motion to that degree would probably cause severe if not deadly injures. I currently have no use of my LS middle seat or my third row due to a ratchet strap holding the seat from plunging into my back when i brake. (Using the child restraint tether points on the back of the seats). Vehicle is avaliable for inspection if needed.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
