ALLEGED THAT THE SINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEM FAILS DUE TO AN IMPROPERLY GROUNDED ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT.THIS CONDITION COULD RESULT IN INOPERATIVE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WITH NO ADVANCE WARNING.
