What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 1993 Isuzu Pickup Truck, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

TREAD SEPARATION OF A FIRESTONE TIRE ON 1993 PU THAT CAUSED PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO BODY OF TRUCK. WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGED TIRE THAT WAS UNDER WARRANTY, THAT WE WERE NEVER TOLD BY THE TECHNICIAN AT THE RETAIL STORE, WAS NOT COVERED UNTIL WE SENT DAMAGED TIRE IN TO BRIDGESTONE/FIRESTONE FOR INSPECTION AND THEY DENIED THE CLAIM. BUT TECHNICIAN THAT REPLACED TIRE DID NOT TELL US THERE WAS A PROBLEM, HE WASNT GOING TO CHARGE US FOR THE TIRE AT FIRST, THEN DID BECAUSE HE FELT WE WOULD GET OUR MONEY BACK AFTER THE INSPECTION. NOW WE HAVE OVER $1000.00 WORTH OF DAMAGED PROPERTY AND HAD TO PAY FOR NEW TIRE AND SENDING OLD TIRE IN FOR INSPECTION, WHICH COSTS OVER $30.00 AND RECEIVED NO COMPENSATION FOR ANY OF THIS. *AK
