STRUCTURE:BODY:HATCHBACK/LIFTGATE:HINGE AND ATTACHMENTSUS Truck Body Co., Inc. (US Truck Body) is recalling certain 2025 Isuzu NPR HD vehicles equipped with Waltco MDV series liftgates. The deck pins may break, causing the liftgate platform to fall.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRINGIsuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2025-2027 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 5500XD, 4500XD, Isuzu NRR, NPR HD, NPR XD, 2025-2026 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 4500HD, and Isuzu NRR EV vehicles. The chassis and/or cab wire harnesses may chafe against metal components, leading to harness failure.

SUSPENSION:FRONT:STABILIZER BAR; SUSPENSION:REAR:SPRINGS:LEAF SPRING ASSEMBLY:HANGER/BRACKETIsuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Isuzu FVR, 2023-2026 Chevrolet 7500XD, 2018-2026 Chevrolet 6500XD, and Isuzu FTR vehicles. The axle stabilizer bracket bolts may crack and break, allowing the bracket to detach from the vehicle.

FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER:FUEL FILTERIsuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Isuzu FVR, Isuzu FTR, Chevrolet 6500XD, and 2023-2026 Chevrolet 7500XD vehicles. The fuel heater may overheat, melting the casing and allowing fuel to leak into the electrical connector.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:PROPULSION SYSTEM:INVERTERIsuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2025 NRR-EV vehicles. A gap between the bus bar and connection terminal may cause the system to overheat and turn off the drive motor.

ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM:PUMPIsuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2025 NRR EV trucks. Due to a mix of incompatible coolants, debris may build up in the cooling system, causing the cooling pump to fail.

STEERING:LINKAGES:TIE ROD ASSEMBLYIsuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2025 FTR vehicles. The tie rod assemblies may contain ball studs that have been incorrectly heat-treated, which can cause them to break, and possibly result in tie rod failure.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERAIsuzu Motors Limited (Isuzu) is recalling certain 2019-2024 FTR, 2020-2024 Chevrolet LCF 6500XD, 2022-2024 FVR, and 2023-2024 Chevrolet LCF 7500XD vehicles equipped with a Mobileye Collision Warning System. The Mobileye camera cable may have been routed improperly, which can result in wiring damage and an overloaded electrical circuit.
