The contact owns a 2021 Keystone Redwood Travel trailer. The contact stated while driving approximately 60-65 MPH, the rear end of the travel trailer was bouncing around. The failure caused the travel trailer's floor to bend, the roof and kitchen area located behind the rear axles separated. The travel trailer was taken to the dealer and diagnosed with structural failure that could not be repaired. The travel trailer remained at the dealer. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure.
