Our database holds 2 NHTSA owner-reported complaints for the 2023 Keystone Fuzion. Each one is a report filed by an owner or driver and published by NHTSA without most of them being verified. A complaint is not a confirmed defect, not a recall and not a manufacturer bulletin. Narratives are shown exactly as filed.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

Frame broken which has caused other damage to the RV. Not safe to be on the road
Flex frame failure/cracks. This affects the nose and 5thwheel hitch structure. This is a known issue that they flex and brake under the bed slide. I have not driven mine more than 200 miles so it has not appeared yet but ai am watch so many others go thru the issue with the exact same model. 1, 2 or 3 times, due to poor welds, no support guests, etc. I have had more than 30 issues with my RV. Keystone shows lack of concern.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
