What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2023 Keystone Fuzion, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

Suspension
Reports naming suspension components — springs, struts, shocks, control arms and related hardware.
From owner reports, verbatim
Flex frame failure/cracks. This affects the nose and 5thwheel hitch structure. This is a known issue that they flex and brake under the bed slide. I have not driven mine more than 200 miles so it has not appeared yet but ai am watch so many others go thru the issue with the exact same model. 1, 2 or 3 times, due to poor welds, no support guests, etc. I have had more than 30 issues with my RV. Keystone shows lack of concern.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
