TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 KEYSTONE IMPACT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRACKET THAT HELD THE SLIDE OUT FAILED. FURTHERMORE, THE WALL THAT THE BRACKET WAS ON HAD CAVED INSIDE THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND BLAMED THE CONTACT FOR NOT KEEPING UP WITH THE MAINTENANCE ON THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

REVISION MADE IN JUNE 2016, ADDITIONAL MODEL 301 ADDED TO THIS ADVISORY. THIS COMMUNICATION IS THE FINAL CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION FOR ADVISORY 16-243, FOR OWNERS WITH MODEL 301, FOR THE IMPACT GENERATOR AIR INTAKE AND OUTLET DIVIDER.

REVISION MADE IN JUNE 2016, ADDITIONAL MODEL 301 ADDED TO THIS ADVISORY. THIS ADVISORY 16-243 INVOLVES UNITS MANUFACTURED WITH NO AIR INTAKE AND OUTLET DIVIDER. GENERATORS INSTALLED WITHOUT THE DIVIDER MAY SHUT DOWN IN HIGH AMBIENT TEMPERATURES.

SUSPENSION
THIS OWNER NOTIFICATION 14-215 INVOLVES UNITS WITH THE OCTAGON CORRECT TRACK CAM PLATE MANUFACTURED OUT OF SPECIFICATION. IF THE HANGER HAS THE DEFECT PART AND THE INVOLVED COMPONENT HAS BEEN ADJUSTED FROM THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURING SETTING, IT MAY ALLOW EXCESSIVE SUSPENSION MOVEMENT POSSIBLY CAUSING ABNORMAL WEAR OF THE SUSPENSION COMPONENTS OR TIRES. THE COMPONENT, AS INSTALLED AND NOT HAVING BEEN ADJUSTED, POSES NO SAFETY PROBLEM AND SHOULD BE INSPECTED FOR THE CONDITION AND REPLACED ALLOWING ADJUSTMENT IN THE FUTURE SHOULD IT BE REQUIRED.
