The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Alpine, Avalanche, 2020-2023 Fuzion and Impact travel trailers. The hydraulic leveling leg foot pads may become loose and separate from the vehicle.
The risk: A foot pad that separates during transit can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect the mounting bolt and reinstall with thread locking adhesive, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 10, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-437.

The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Impact 26V, 28V, 29V, 311, 317, 330, 332, 343, 351, 359, 367, 415, 3118, 3219 recreational trailers, equipped with Dometic 3 burner cooking stoves. The internal O-ring between the saddle valve and the manifold can experience a propane gas leak.
The risk: A gas leak can increase the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will remove the existing manifold bolts and seals and install new seals and bolts, free of charge. The recall began February 12, 2021. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 21-398.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:WIRING

The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Keystone Fuzion (models 357, 369, 373, 379, 419, 424, 427, 429 and 430) and Impact (models 26V, 28V, 29V, 311, 317, 330, 343, 359, 367 and 415) toy hauler travel trailers. The generator transfer switch may be incorrectly wired with the transfer switch "Line" wiring (shore cord) and "Load" wiring (power center wiring) reversed, allowing the generator power to energize the shore power connection.
The risk: A generator that is able to energize the shore power connection may increase the risk of injury.
The remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will run the generator to check for the proper power output, correcting the wiring as necessary, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-382. Note: If there is no power inside the unit while the generator is running, owners are instructed to discontinue using the generator until the recall remedy is performed.

STRUCTURE

Email to owners regarding campaign 21-406. It has been determined that Polycarbonate skylights used on Alpha Flex and Alpha Ply roof systems may crack. CLOSING NOTICE - This Campaign ends October 31, 2021. All repairs and claims for this campaign must be submitted on or before October 31st to be considered for reimbursement. Further delay in inspection for defective skylights and necessary correction could result in extensive water damage. Lack of participation in the campaign will result in loss of warranty reimbursement for related damage.

Attached are the updated repair instructions for KSB-200305. The information and instructions in a Keystone Service Bulletin (KSB) are intended to inform RV dealership Service Managers/Technicians of situations that may occur with some Recreational vehicles so dealership personnel can perform proper and efficient service. KSB’s are intended to be used by trained RV technicians with the knowledge, tools and equipment to do the job properly and safely, not “do-it-yourselfers”. Information is not presented as a repair guaranteed to be covered by warranty. Keystone’s P & P (Policy & Procedures) must be followed for any requested warranty work. Do not assume this repair is covered by warranty. This process describes how to replace a Furrion Antenna head with a Winegard 360 for Over The Air (OTA) channels.

EQUIPMENT

It has been determined that certain Fuzion and Impact units may have issues with Equalizer leveling legs. The Equalizer leveling legs may have a hydraulic tube size that is inconsistent and may cause the leg to bind or leak. The remedy is to identify the part and replace the four rear leveling jacks as instructed.

EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT:RECREATIONAL VEHICLE/TRAILER

This is the letter to dealers for advisory 20-370. It has been determined that certain Keystone RV Impact models with Dometic Refrigerators installed in the slide out do not have a ventilation fan installed which can lead to poor refrigerator performance.
