DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE FIFTH WHEEL TRAILER WAS PARKED, THE INNER WALL AND WALL FRAME SUPPORTS DROPPED WITHOUT WARNING. THE TRAILER WAS INSPECTED BY THE DEALER, WHO DETERMINED THE FRAME SUPPORTS WERE NOT ADEQUATE, AND THE OUTRIGGERS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. ALSO, THE TRAILER HAD ADDITIONAL SUPPORTS INSTALLED ALONG THE FRAME WALL AND FLOOR. THE PROBLEM PERSISTED, AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALERTED. AFTERWARDS, THE TRAILER WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO AWAIT FURTHER INSPECTION. UPDATED 12/15/2006 - *NM
STRUCTURE; FRAME AND MEMBERS;UNDERBODY VEHICLE IS LEANING TO LEFT SIDE AND WHEELS ARE RUBBING AGAINST THE WHEEL WELLS ,TRIED TO SPEAK WITH PLACE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE,BUT THEY WON,T LOOK AT IT,VEHICLE CAME WITH A 2000 POUND JACK,DEALERSHIP CHANGED IT TO A 1000 POUNDS JACK, ALSO CALLED WARRANTY 10 TIMES, THAY WILL NOT CALL ME BACK,ALSO DEALERSHIP WON,T CALL . DOMETIC REFRIGERATORS IN A RV, MINE BURNED THROUGH THE BOILER TUBE LEAKING AMMONIA OUT, DOMETIC HAS A RECALL OUT, BUT THEY WONT REPLACE THE DAMAGE DONE, ALL THEY WILL DO IS IF I HAVE THE DAMAGE REPAIRED THEY WILL THEN REMEDY THE PROBLEM SO IT WONT HAPPEN AGAIN, THIS IS A BURNER PROBLEM AND WOULD HAVE BEEN ALL THE SAME IF IT HAD CAUSED A FIRE, AND MY FAMILY AND MYSELF HAD BURNED UP IN IT IN OUR SLEEP. DT: THE CONTACT STATED WITH LESS THAN 500 MILES ON THE TIRES NOTICED CRACKS ON THE SIDEWALL ALL THE WAY AROUND ALL THE TIRES. HE REPLACED THEM. ALSO, THE DOOR LOCKED AND HE COULD NOT GET IN OR OUT OF THE TRAILER. THE TRAILER WAS DAMAGED WHEN THEY CRACKED THE DOOR TO GET OUT. HE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER, THEY STATED HE NEEDED TO CONTACT THE LOCK MANUFACTURER. THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO ASSIST IN THE REPAIRS OF THE DOOR OR THE LOCK. *AK
