THE CONSUMER RECEIVED RECALL NOTICE #04V38100. THE CONSUMER HAD TAKEN THE SCOOTER TO THE DEALERSHIP IN LATE SEPT. THE DEALERSHIP KEPT THE SCOOTER, BUT REFUSED TO REPAIR IT BECAUSE OF LACK OF REIMBURSEMENT FROM THE MANUFACTURER. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED BY THE MANUFACTURER THEY WOULD CONTACT THE DEALERSHIP AND CALL THE CONSUMER BACK. THE CONSUMER HAS NOT HEARD FROM THE MANUFACTURER OR DEALERSHIP REGARDING RECALL REPAIR. *JB
