The defect: Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2025 LFS and 2024 LFS Artic transit buses. Inadequate adhesion around the window frame may cause the glass to detach. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 217, "Bus Emergency Exits and Window Retention and Release."
The risk: The glass can fall out of the frame, increasing the risk of ejection and injury during a crash. Detached window glass can also become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Nova Bus will inspect and replace the glass as necessary, free of charge. Interim letters notifying owners of the safety risk were mailed May 29, 2026. Owners will receive another notice once remedy becomes available. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-450-472-6410. Nova Bus' number for this recall is CR5877. The defect: Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2021 and 2024-2025 LFS transit buses. The impeller shaft may be loose, causing the cooling pump to fail.
The risk: A cooling pump failure can cause a loss of drive power, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Nova Bus will inspect and replace the pump as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 3, 2026.Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-450-472-6410. Nova Bus' number for this recall is CR5803. SEAT BELTS:FRONT:ANCHORAGE

The defect: Nova Bus (US) Inc. (Nova Bus) is recalling certain 2024-2025 LFS transit buses. The driver's seat belt may be pinched by the partition, preventing seat belt from retract properly. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."
The risk: A loose seat belt may not adequately restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: Nova Bus will adjust the seat base plate, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 12, 2025. Owners may contact Nova Bus customer service at 1-450-472-6410.
