The defect: Orange EV is recalling certain 2023-2024 e-TRIEVER, 2020-2023 T-Series Tandem Terminal Truck, and 2024-2026 HUSK-e Tandem Terminal vehicles. Improper welding may cause frame rails to crack, leading to rail separation.
The risk: A detached rail can cause a loss of control, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: Dealers will inspect and repair or replace the frame rails as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 22, 2026. Owners may contact Orange EV customer service at 1-866-688-5223. Orange EV's number for this recall is 2026-SRC-02.

LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LOCK

The defect: Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2018-2023 T-Series Pure Electric and 2024-2026 e-TRIEVER terminal trucks. The driver's side door handles may be missing a lock. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 206, "Door Locks and Door Retention Components."
The risk: A door that cannot be locked may open unexpectedly during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
The remedy: OEV field service will replace the door handles, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 13, 2026. Owners may contact OEV customer service at 1-866-688-5223. OEV's number for this recall is 2026-SRC-01.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HAZARD FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS

The defect: Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2017-2024 T-Series, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and HUSK-e terminal trucks. The hazard warning lights may turn off when the ignition is in the 'Off' position. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
The risk: Hazard lights that do not remain on cannot warn other drivers of a disabled vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: OEV field service will install a new hazard light wire harness and update the software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed by November 24, 2025. Owners may contact OEV customer service at 1-866-688-5223. OEV's number for this recall is 2025-SRC-07.
