TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 (NA) PACIFIC COACHWORKS TANGO. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE CONTACT WAS ALERTED BY ANOTHER MOTORIST THAT THE WATER TANK WAS LOOSE AND DRAGGING UNDER THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SCREWS ON THE METAL STRAPPING SYSTEM BECAME DETACHED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS BEING DRIVEN. THE CONTACT'S HUSBAND HAD TO PULL OVER TO THE SHOULDER AND UNHOOK THE STUCK HARNESS WHILE ON A VERY NARROW HIGHWAY. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THEY WOULD CALL THE CONTACT BACK. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE UNKNOWN. *DT COSUMER STATED FRESH WATER TANK FELL OFF ONTO THE FREEWAY. MAUFACTURER STATED THEY WOULD REPLACE IT RIGHT AWAY.*JB

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 (NA) PACIFIC COACHWORKS TRAVEL TRAILER BEING HAULED BY A 2005 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRAVEL TRAILER'S BRAKES PREMATURELY FAILED AND, IN TURN, CAUSED THE TRUCK BRAKES TO PREMATURELY FAIL. THE CONTACT HAD TO COAST THE TRUCK AND TRAVEL TRAILER OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE AND TRAVEL TRAILER WERE TAKEN TO A REPAIR SHOP FOR FURTHER INSPECTION AND DIAGNOSIS. IN ADDITION, THE HOSE WAS NOT PROPERLY CONNECTED ABOVE THE CABIN OF THE TRAILER, CAUSING THE CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTOR ALARM TO SOUND SEVERAL TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES AND PROVIDED NO SOLUTION. THE FAILURES CONTINUED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. UPDATED 05/03/17*LJ *TR

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 PACIFIC COACHWORKS TANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE STORAGE COMPARTMENT DOOR SEALS WERE CRACKED. IN ADDITION, THE EDGE MEDAL MOLDING WHICH SURROUNDED THE EXTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE WAS CRACKED. THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE KITCHEN SINK DOES NOT DRAIN PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THERE WAS NO MILEAGE AVAILABLE.
