STRUCTURE:BODY
Work instructions for door latch adjustments. Includes installation and removal of shims to ensure secure closure and compression of gaskets and seals. Adjustment for depth, verticality, and side to side movement of the assembly.
FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM
If a DEF sensor fails, validate that the Coolant Control Valve is plumbed so that the coolant flows towards the DEF Tank. If it is plumbed incorrectly, replace the coolant control valve along with DEF assy. Follow the attached instructions for inspection.
SUSPENSION
Rosenbauer Dealers should perform the attached maintenance during pre-delivery inspections for any Rosenbauer Commander and Warrior that has the Henrickson Steertek system.
EQUIPMENT; VISIBILITY
The attached work instruction can be used by Dealers when retrofitting the mid-cab windows.
VISIBILITY; VISIBILITY:WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER
When installing the 3rd wiper for the windshield, Dealers should follow the instructions attached in this email.
ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING; EQUIPMENT; EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY
Charged Air Cooler (CAC) cold air intake pipe clearances on driver's side. We are providing inspection and repair instructions to our dealers.
