CONSUMERS VEHICLE IS WORKING ON THE THIRD TENSIONER. TWICE THE TENSIONER HAS BEEN REPLACED AND NOW NEEDS ANOTHER ONE. THERE IS A LOUD CLICKING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE VEHICLE NEAR THE ENGINE. THE ORIGINAL WAS REPLACED BUT ONLY LASTED 200 MILES. THERE IS A RECALL CURRENTLY OUT REGARDING THE CAM CHAIN TENSIONER. CONSUMER ALSO HAD A LOCK UP OCCUR WHEN THE SHAFT LINKAGE SNAPPED AND WRAPPED AROUND THE COUNTERSHAFT SPROCKET, LOCKING THE REAR TIRE AND THROWING CONSUMER RESULTING IN A BROKEN COLLAR BONE. *JG
