While driving on on Interstate 80 near exit 70 in Illinois the battery box containing 4 coach batteries dropped from under the vehicle onto the highway. We were able to pull off the interstate on the offramp at exit 70. It appears the small bracket was underrated for the structural loads or improperly welded by the OEM. In addition the Positive battery wire was chaffing on the step framework.

Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
