The defect: Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Venetian motorhomes. The patio awning may have been improperly installed, allowing it to separate.
The risk: An awning that separates while the vehicle is in motion can increase the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will secure the awning, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 24, 2021. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-855-2867. TMC's number for this recall is RC000244.

A fuel leak may occur in the fuel hoses between the fuel pump and remote filter head. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of a fire. Persons operating in or around the vehicle may see smoke before sufficient heat creates a fire. This affects the following Thor Motor Coach products: certain model year 2021-2022 Tuscany and Venetian motorhomes. On certain Detroit Model 2 and 3 steer axles, the tie rod arm and steering arm bolts used to assemble front axle assemblies have a lengthwise “seam” defect which increases stress concentration, potentially leading to bolt failure or loss of pre-load This affects the following Thor Motor Coach products: model year 2022 Aria, Palazzo, and Venetian motorhomes.
