The contact owns a 2016 Freightliner XCR RV. The contact stated while driving 60 mph, the front passenger’s side window detached from the RV. The vehicle was repaired by an independent mechanic however, the failure persisted. The contact stated that the rear window also detached and shattered while driving. The dealer was not made aware of the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 25,000.

STRUCTURE
The overhead cabinets located above the driver and front passenger seats may become loose during travel. This Technical Service Bulletin will be gathering information regarding this possible concern and will provide guidance on how to ensure the overhead cabinets are properly secured in the motorhome.
