FRONT SEAT BELTS DON'T RETRACT. SHOULDER BELT WILL LOOSEN UP AND NOT STAY SNUG AGAINST YOUR BODY. IS THIS SAFE? IF I GET INTO AN ACCIDENT THERE IS ENOUGH SLACK TO WHERE I CAN HIT THE DASH.
