The defect: Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Unity U24IB and 2021-2023 U24TB motorhomes. The battery disconnect switch may contact the refrigerator frame, causing it to short circuit and blow the fuse.
The risk: A short circuit and blown fuse increase the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Dealers will install a full protective plastic cover, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 27, 2023. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 1-877-992-9906. Triple E's number for this recall is CA#10253-1R. This recall supersedes NHTSA Recall 23V002.

The defect: Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Unity U24IB and 2021-2023 Unity U24TB motorhomes. The battery disconnect switch terminal posts may contact the metal grounded fridge frame, causing a short and blowing a 100 AMP fuse.
The risk: An electrical short-circuit can increase the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Dealers will install two rubber terminal post protective covers, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 17, 2023. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 1-877-992-9906. Triple E's number for this recall is CA#10253-1.

The defect: Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Unity U24MB, U24IB, U24CB, U24FX, U24RL, U24TB, and Wonder W24MB, W24RTB, W24FTB, W24RL recreational vehicles, equipped with certain 2-burner cooktops. The burner control valves may become damaged, causing a gas leak.
The risk: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Triple E will work with Dometic to replace the cooktops, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 27, 2022. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

AUTO GEN START CYCLES THE GENERATOR OFF AFTER BEING STARTED FOR THE AIR CONDITIONER AFTER ONLY 10 MINUTES INSTEAD OF THE INTENDED HVAC TEMPERATURE SETTING BEING REACHED. DESIGN ERROR, THE SHORE POWER SENSE MODULE OF THE EC-30 CONTROLLER IS LOCATED AFTER THE TRANSFER SWITCH SO THE SETTING FOR THE SP SENSE SHOULD HAVE BEEN AFTER INSTEAD OF BEFORE.

EQUIPMENT

The outer mounting screw of the sound bar is secured in only a layer of 3.4mm panel. This makes the sound bar securement vulnerable to fall off the wall when downward pressure is applied or during excessive travel movement to the sound bar. A plywood block will be installed, using a longer screw, in the wall cavity behind the area of the sound bar mounting bracket. A SOP04787 will be provided for instructions on how to install the repair kit. The kit consists of 1 plywood block & 2 - #8 - 1" pan head screws. The repair kit & SOP will be sent out to dealers & retail owners with 2020 & 2021 Unity U24RL model.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

On the 2021 Wonder motorhome the Xantrex inverter electronic breaker is set to 20A and will not charge the coach batteries as efficiently as intended at 30A setting. According to the 2021MY electrical drawings the breaker should have been set at 30A not changed to 20A as in previous 2020MY electrical drawings.
