THIS OMISSION COULD CAUSE SEVERE DISTORTION OF THE DRIVER'S FLOOR AREA AND SEAT WOULD FAIL TO MEET REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 207-210. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: SEATS THAT FAIL TO MEET THE FMVSS REQUIREMENT MAY FAIL DURING AN ACCIDENT AND WOULD NOT MINIMIZE INJURY TO ITS OCCUPANTS.
