TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 WILSON GOOSE NECK TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE LOADING EQUIPMENT ONTO THE TRAILER, THE DOVE TAIL ALMOST FRACTURED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND STATED THAT THE EQUIPMENT THAT WAS LOADED WAS TOO HEAVY FOR THE TRAILER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE GVR FOR THE TRAILER WAS 25,900 POUNDS AND THE EQUIPMENT THAT WAS LOADED WHEN THE FAILURE OCCURRED WAS 18,600 POUNDS. THE TRAILER HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED AND THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE WAS UNABLE TO USE THE TRAILER BECAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 2,000.
