DRIVER SEATBELT APPEARS TO LATCH AND MAKES LATCHING SOUND AND FEEL, BUT RELEASES WITH VERY LITTLE FORCE (ABOUT ONE POUND OR LESS). SEATBELT LOOKS NEW. THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE.*AK
