Ordered Tires on June of This Year from a Company Located in Pennsylvania called RevZilla. Ordered Front and Rear Tires for a BMW Motorcycle per Owners Manual. Received Tires, However Rear Tire Out of Date by Over 2 years. Called Manufacture of Tire in USA, and advised that Warranty now expired by more than 2 years and if Tires are operated in Southern States, that less than 1 year remains. Contacted Seller, will allow return at my shipping costs at over $200 usd. and Cannot confirm any replacement DOT Tire dates as (alledgedly) THE MANUFACTURER AND THE PARTS DEALERS are not required to know this information. The electrical system of BMW vehicles has been subject to an ongoing development process over the last few years. This has led to increased demands being placed on the battery. This document covers important information for the dealer on how to handle “discharged battery” complaints.

BMW Motorrad USA has become aware of a potential durability issue with the film type fuel level sender “Fuel Strip” equipped on certain model year 2005 to 2013 R and K series motorcycles.

The fairing brackets installed on the early K 1200 R Sport (K43HV) motorcycles were not sufficiently resistant to corrosion.

Vehicle battery not charged despite the battery charger being connected to the on-board socket (manufactured before 2009)Headlights and rear lights light up intermittently despite the ignition being switched off and the battery charger being connected to the on-board socket.

IT is no longer necessary to place a PMP coded part order to obtain a Repair Enabling code

Discharged Battery Energy Diagnosis Must Be Performed: The electrical system of BMW vehicles has been subject to an ongoing development process over the last few years. This has led to increased demands being placed on the battery. This document covers important information for the dealer on how to handle "discharged battery" complaints. In order to properly repair the vehicle the first time in the workshop, it is very important that the diagnostic test plans are performed to completion, with all results taken into consideration. Without performing the energy diagnosis test plan, the root cause of the discharged battery cannot be identified. This increases the chances of a repeat repair.
