I CONTACTED DEALER FOR INFORMATION ON THE RECALL AND RECIEVED NO INFO RELATING TO BEING ABLE TO SAFELY CONTINUE TO OPERATE (IT BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE THE RECALL) THE MOTORCYCLE OR STOP RIDING IT, THE DEALER RESPONSE WAS THAT THEY HAD THE SAME INFO I WAS SENT REF. THE RECALL AND THEY HAD NO IDEA OF THE SAFETY FACTOR. THEY MADE NO ATTEMPT AT THAT TIME TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER FOR FURTHER INFO. I TRIED 4 TIMES TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER VIA PHONE WITHOUT RESULT; I EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO LET THEM PICK A TIME TO CALL ME BACK (I LEFT A MESSAGE VIA VOICE MAIL FOR THEM ON THEIR CUST.SERVICE LINE) SO I WOULDN'T HAVE TO WAIT AT HOME WHICH I DID FOR 3 HOURS ONE DAY FOR A CALL BACK. ALL I WISH IS INFO ON WHETHER OR NOT IT'S SAFE TO RIDE AND WHEN THE PRODUCT WILL BE REPAIRED-IT'S ALREADY BEEN 1 1/2 MONTHS-I THINK IT REASONABLE TO RECIEVE THIS INFO-COULD YOU PLEASE HELP ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS? BUELL HAS NO E-MAIL-ONLY A TOLL LINE.

Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
