WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH THE WATER TANK BECAME DETACHED FROM UNDER THE TRAILER. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE TANK DIDN'T HAVE ADEQUATE SUPPORT. *AK *NLM THE TRAILER SUSTAINED DAMAGE. THE CONSUMER CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP WHOM STATED SINCE THE CONSUMER WAS THE SECOND OWNER, THE WARRANTY WAS NO GOOD. CONSUMER POINTED OUT THE STEEL SUPPORT STRAP WAS ON TOP OF THE TANK AND THAT THE FASTENERS FOR THE STRAP WERE BETWEEN THE FLOOR AND THE FRAME. AT THAT POINT, THEY LOOKED AT THE PICTURES AGAIN AND REIMBURSED THE CONSUMER. *PH *NLM

THE CONSUMER WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT DUE TO A FAULTY EMERGENCY BRAKE. THE TECHNICIAN FOUND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE CABLE WAS MISSING, AND THE MANUFACTURER NEVER PLACED ONE ON THE VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER SMELLED SOMETHING BURNING, AND FOUND THE CABLE HAD MELTED. SCC. ALSO THE WINDSHIELD WAS INSTALLED IMPROPERLY. *JB
