TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CAN-AM SPYDER F3. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH OVER A BUMP IN THE ROAD, THE RETURNER BOLT BECAME DETACHED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO COAST THE VEHICLE TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WHERE IT WAS TOWED TO I MOTOR SPORT (334 WEST GRANT, ELM HURST, IL 60126, (630) 529-5200). THE DEALER DIAGNOSED THAT THE RETURNER BOLT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000.

Revision of TST 140875 P0730 Active Fault Fault code can be triggered if the unit has the wrong rear sprocket or a different wheel size. The cluster will stop displaying the gear indication and check engine light came on (limp home condition) and the gearbox won't shift.
