Vehicle nearly went off road from ABS prematurely activating. ABS module needed. part number 84055065 unavailable through GM. Parked Van as it is too dangerous to drive.
Vehicles ABS went off while slowing to stop sign. Repair needed ABS Module part number 84055065. No part available through GM. Pulled vehicle from road as its super unsafe.
ABS Module Blown. Van's ABS goes off when not needed. Pulls to the right. Part Number 84055065 needed. no replacement available.
Part Number 84055065 The ABS Module is defective and can not replace.
The ABS lights began coming on and off in April of 2023. My certified mechanic checked codes and found no specific trouble from the available code information. The Abs lights eventually stayed on by November of 2023. Through more investigation, my mechanic determined that the ABS Module- C 84055066 and ABS Pump Assembly- C 25879231 had ceased to function. He ordered the ABS parts ,(manufactured in Texas), and was informed that there were so many shops around the country waiting on those parts that we would have to wait months before the parts could be manufactured and delivered. My vehicle only had 40,000 miles on it when the ABS lights were illuminated on the dash. The parts did finally arrive and were installed. We also had to hire a separate ABS module programmer to reset the computer. The ABS module and ABS pump failure seams to be a completely defective system. I would hope these parts will be included in a nationwide recall. Thank you
ABS & Traction Control Light Multiple Vans affected
SERVICE AIRBAG, SERVICE TRACTION CONTROL AND SERVICE STABILITRAC POP UP ON THE DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER SCREEN RANDOMLY AND GO AWAY RANDOMLY. I HAVE NOTICED THE AIRBAG WARNING HAPPENS MORE FREQUENTLY WHEN THE ROADS ARE WET. VEHICLE WAS JUST AT DEALER FOR SERVICE AND THEY COULDN'T FIND THE PROBLEM. *TR
ABS WARNING LIGHT RANDOMLY ILLUMINATES, YOU CAN STOP, THEN RESTART THE ENGINE, AND IT WILL SOMETIMES GO OUT. CRUISE CONTROL RANDOMLY WILL NOT WORK
