Per Ford, Campaign 20B31: The standard battery guard feature may timeout prematurely and shut off vehicle accessory power to non-Ford connected peripheral devices at around 15 to 20 minutes rather than the full standard battery guard timeout of 30 minutes on single battery equipped vehicles and 75 minutes on dual-battery equipped vehicles. Note: The body control module (BCM) software update only benefits vehicles utilizing the auxiliary fuse panel or the customer connection point 2 to connect non-Ford peripheral devices. Note: A shorted standard battery guard timeout may increase expected battery life.
EQUIPMENT
According to the Technical Service Bulletin 2020-06-29 received from Carefree of Colorado; The awning Arms may loosen from the Lead rail on certain Carefree of Colorado model Freedom Evolution awnings beginning with style code. This can be caused by the incorrect positioning of the Lead rail connector and washer, which attaches the components.

Forest River shared this TSB from our supplier, FireFly, Inc. to our dealers: Firefly Integrations has identified corrupted messages that could be sent on the RV-C communication network. Firefly strongly urges this critical update to your coachâÂÂs software to keep all devices on the network communicating correctly.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT
Provide an update that would prevent possible message corruption that could take place on the RVC network.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
