MANUFACTURERS DIAGRAMS SHOW THE THERMAL FLASHER LOCATED WITH THE FUSES ON THE LOWER DRIVER'S SIDE OF THE DASHBOARD. IT IS NOT THERE. I HAVE EMAILED DODGE REQUESTING INFORMATION ON WHERE IT IS PLACED. THEY SUGGESTED I PURCHASE A SERVICE MANUAL FOR THE CAR. WHAT GOOD WOULD THAT DO IF THE DIAGRAMS ARE WRONG TO BEGIN WITH? I CALLED DODGE CUSTOMER SERVICE @ 800-992-1997 A REPRESENTATIVE SAID THERE WERE NO DIAGRAMS THAT WOULD SHOW THE PARTS LOCATION. HE SAID THE PART IS LOCATED BEHIND THE DASH. I HAVE CHECKED BEHIND THE DASH AND COULD NOT FIND IT. MY TURNSIGNALS DO NOT WORK EXCEPT IN COLD WEATHER AND ONLY WHILE THE ENGINE IS COLD.*AK

They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.

Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
