1993 Dodge Grand Caravan Interior & seats Problems
Owner-reported complaints naming the interior system, filed with NHTSA
Data refreshed
Interior & seats reportsComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

THIS COMPLAINT IS IN REFERENCE TO NHTSA RECALL, CAMPAAIGN ID NUMBER: 99V213000. ON 2/12/05, THE LIFTGATE BOLTS ON MY 1993 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN FAILED SUDDENLY. THE DODGE DEALER WOULD NOT HONOR THE RECALL AND REPAIR THE PROBLEM. INSTEAD, I WAS CHARGED $201.18 FOR THE REPAIR. I THINK THAT THE DAIMERCHRYSLER CORPORATION SHOULD HONOR THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM AS STIPULATED IN THE RECALL NOTICE.*AK
