ENGINE: NEEDED TO REPLACE 12 ENGINE VALVE LIFTERS. BRAKES, ENGINE LIFTERS AND WATER PUMP NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY: 3 YR/36000 MI WARRANTY EXPIRED.
CONSUMER HAS DISC BRAKES ON ALL FOUR WHEELS. CONSUMER WENT FOR AN INSPECTION, AND ROTORS WERE WARPED AND CORRODED. ROTORS WERE REPLACED BY OWNER, BUT HE FEELS THAT CHRYSLER SHOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE REPLACEMENT. *AK *ML
ABS SENSOR LIGHT AND EMERGENCY BRAKE LIGHT WOULD COME ON INTERMITTENTLY WHILE DRIVING. VEHICLE BEEN IN/OUT OF DEALER SHOP ON THREE OCCASIONS, AND AT AN INDEPENDENT REPAIR SHOP ON ONE OCCASION. BUT, PROBLEM STILL REOCCURRING.*AK
BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS CORRODED AND REQUIRED REPLACEMENT. *MJS
WHEN BRAKES ARE APPLIED THEY SQUEAK AND GRIND, RESULTING IN EXTENDED STOPPING DISTANCE. TOOK VEHICLE IN TO BE SERVICED, BUT THE GRINDING AND SQUEAKING WAS STILL THERE. OWNER WAS UNABLE TO FIND OUT EXACTLY WHAT WORK WAS DONE, AND BELIEVES THAT NO REPAIRS WERE ACTUALLY MADE. *AK *ML
WHEN DRIVING AT ANY SPEED VEHICLE STALLED. WHEN APPLYING BRAKES, THEY WENT STRAIGHT TO THE FLOORBORAD, AND CONSUMER HAD TO APPLY EMERGENCY BRAKE TO BRING VEHICLE TO A STOP. VEHICLE IS BACK IN THE REPAIR SHOP, AND DEALER CAN'T DETERMINE THE PROBLEM. *AK
RECALL WORK COMPLETED ON FUEL RAIL HOWEVER FUMES PRESENT AFTER REPAIR.
