Complete loss of power steering while driving, Service Power Steering Now warning light came on right after, service advance trac warning right after that. After doing some research this is a known issue to Ford and customer service agent confirmed this in chat, screenshot included.

Lug nuts cracked and swollen. Recommended replacing after very difficult to remove and rescrew
CHECK FUEL FILL INLET THE LIGHT STAY ON
When needing to take the tires off, the socket that came with the vehicle spare tire would not fit on the lug nuts. Upon research we discovered this was a known problem that the factory lug nuts would swell, thus not being able to use the standard equipment provided with the vehicle. I want to replace these lug nuts, however I am not finding lug nuts that will hold the wheel cover onto the wheel.

On 12/13/21, my son swerved out of an accident and hit a high curb which damaged the driver's side tire. Luckily the Air Bag did not discharge. Recall 21S12 Driver Air Bag Inflator Replacement was issued in March of 2021, yet I did not receive a letter, and my car still has not been repaired. Are you waiting for a fatality to occur before providing the dealers with the necessary supplies?
Ford uses aluminum lug nuts posing a safety risk to everyone that has a car with them. I am stuck with a flat tire on my car and no money to fix Ford's decision to use unsafe lugnuts that just strip and break my tools. XAlso their power steering is faulty and went out on me in the middle of driving.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT A RECALL NOTIFICATION WAS RECEIVED FOR THE DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG AND TAKEN THE VEHICLE FOR THE REPAIR AT THEODORE ROBINS FORD DEALER, (2060 HARBOR BLVD, COSTA MESA, CA 92627, (949) 642-0010). THE CONTACT STATED AFTER THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED, THE TECHNICIAN INFORMED HER THAT THE TRACTION WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED, THE AIR BAG MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THAT THE AIR BAG MODULE MAY NOT DEPLOY IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED DUE TO THE REPAIR FEES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO TWO INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR SECOND OPINION AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE DEALER HAD TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE SEAT BELT ON THE DRIVER SIDE FAILED TO RETRACT AND WAS LOOSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. MY CARS WINSHIELD WIPERS HAVE A SHORT IN THEM WHEN I PUT ON AIR. THE MY CAR KEEPS SHAKING WHEN DRIVING. MY AIRBAGA STILL ARENT WORKING AND CAR FEELS LIKE ITS STILL IDLING ROUGH. I SEEN ON YOUR SITE, THAT MY VEHICLE A 2011 FORD FUSION HAD A RECALL FOR BROKEN STUDS AND BOLTS.IT SAID THE RECALL WAS TO BEGIN IN 2012.I PURCHASED MY FUSION IN 2013, I HAVE BEEN TO THE FORD DEALER TWICE WITH BROKEN STUDS, COST ME 189.58 THE FIRST TIME TO HAVE ONE STUD ON EACH FRONT SIDE REPAIRED, THEN 645.19 TO REPLACE ALL ON BOTH SIDES OF FRONT WHEELS AGAIN IN 2016 AS TWO HAD BROKEN OFF AGAIN ON EACH SIDE.IT SEEMS MAYBE FORD DID NOT DO THE REPAIR ON MY VEHICLE AS THEY SHOULD HAVE, OR THE REPAIR IS NOT SUFFICIENT. THEY TRY TO BLAME THE TIRE COMPANY'S FOR OVER TORQUING THE BOLTS TWICE.THANKS MIKE
I WAS ON THE INTERSTATE DRIVE WHEN THE VEHICLE'S POWER STEERING WHEEL LOST FULL FUNCTIONALITY. I WAS UNABLE TO STEER LEFT OR RIGHT WITHOUT THERE BEING A STRAIN. I WAS NEARLY 1 HOUR AWAY FROM THE NEAREST MECHANIC SHOP AND WAS FORCED TO MANUALLY OVERRIDE THE STEERING WHEEL'S CONTROL IN ORDER TO ARRIVE AT A MECHANIC SHOP NEAREST TO MY DESTINATION.
