FIRESTONE TIRE LT225/75R16 STEELTEX RADIAL R4S, DOT:VDIL 1XD (088) BLOWOUT AND TREAD SEPARATION ON MOTOR HOME. TIRE WAS INNER OF RIGHT REAR DUAL TIRES. NO ROAD DAMAGE ON TIRE - OTHER RIGHT REAR TIRE DID NOT FAIL. WILL NOW REPLACE ALL 6 ON THE GROUND TIRES. TIRE MILEAGE WAS 14,500. SOUND OF BLOWOUT WAS LOUD & CLEAR.*JB
VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN DRIVEWAY NEXT TO HOUS, WHEN IT CAUGHT FIRE IN THE ENGINE AND DASHBOARD AREA. CAUSE IS UNKNOWN. *AK
VEHICLE CONTINUALLY EXPERIENCES ENGINE FAILURE WITH LOSS OF FUEL PRESSURE INDICATED DURING FAILURE, REPLACEMENT OF SEVERAL FUEL PUMPS AND TP SENSOR DID NOT RECTIFY FAILURES. MJS
NUTS CAME OFF OF THE LEFT REAR HUB FLANGE BOLTS HANGING UP IN THE BRAKE ASSEMBLY, RESULTING IN DAMAGE TO BRAKE COMPONENTS.
SAFETY RECALL 97S92 WAS NOT PERFORMED DUE TO DEALER PROBLEM.
EGR TUBE RECALL WORK PERFORMED HOWEVER AFTER WORK DONE VEHICLE MAKES VERY LOUD NOISE.
