WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED CHILD IS ABLE TO FREE HERSELF FROM THE CHILD SAFETY SEAT. ALSO, THE LATCH ON THE HARNESS IS VERY DIFFICULT TO UNDO ONCE IT IS CLOSED. ONE OR THE OTHER OF THESE INCIDENTS OCCURRED AT LEASE NINE TIMES IN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS.*AK
WHILE TRAVELING AT 45 MPH DRIVER AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY, RESULTING IN INJURY TO DRIVER. FORD HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. ALSO RESTRAINTS DID NOT LOCK WHEN BRAKES WERE APPLIED. *AK THE VEHICLES CRASH IMPACT CAUSED THE TRANSMISSION TO SLIP AND DAMAGES TO WINDSHEILD,FRONT BUMPER AND OIL STICK HOLDER. *YH
CONSUMER'S SON WAS DRIVING ABOUT 30 MPH AND HE STRUCK OR REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE. AT THE SAME TIME, HE WAS REAR ENDED BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. UPON IMPACT, AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY. *AK SHOULDER STRAP DID NOT CATCH WHICH CAUSED TO HIT AGAINST STEERING WHEEL. *YH
