I HAVE WESTLAKE ST235/80/16R SPEED RANGE L TIRES ON MY FIFTH WHEEL. THE DRIVER SIDE REAR TREAD SEPARATED FROM THE BODY OF THE TIRE. I WAS TRAVELING AT 65MPH WHEN IT SEPARATED. THE TREAD THEM DAMAGED MY FIFTH WHEEL. I HAVE 7500 MILES ON THEM. THE AGE OF MY FIFTH WHEEL IS 1 YEAR OLD. IT PEELED OFF LIKE AN ONION FROM THE OTHER COMPLAINTS I SEE I THINK THEY SHOULD BE RECALLED AND HE MANUFACTURE SHOULD REIMBURSE ME FOR THE DAMAGE.

Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.

Slide Out Crack - Standard Repair Instructions
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
