The defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2018 Fleetwood Axon and Pulse, Holiday Rambler Reno and Prodigy, Monaco Marquis and American Coach American Dream motorhomes, 2017-2018 Fleetwood Bounder, Discovery, Discovery LXE, Flair, Jamboree, Southwind, Pace Arrow, Pace Arrow LXE and Storm motorhomes, Holiday Rambler Admiral XE, Endeavor, Endeavor XE, Navigator XE, Navigator, Vacationer, Vacationer XE and Vesta and American Coach American Eagle motorhomes and 2017 Holiday Rambler Scepter, Monaco Diplomat, and American Coach American Revolution motorhomes. The mounting screws for the satellite dish may not have been fastened through the sheet steel reinforcement, possibly allowing the satellite dish to detach from the roof while driving.
The risk: If the satellite dish detaches from the roof while driving, it can increase the risk of a crash or injury.
The remedy: REV will notify owners, and dealers will resecure the satellite dish to the roof with a metal reinforcement, free of charge. The recall began on May 14, 2018. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 180322REV. Note: This recall supersedes recall 17V-802. Any vehicle repaired under that campaigned is not included in this one as the remedy for both recalls is the same.

The defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2015 Fleetwood Bounder Classic motorhomes, 2015-2016 Fleetwood Terra motorhomes, 2016-2017 Fleetwood Storm, Holiday Rambler Admiral XE and Fleetwood Flair motorhomes, and 2017 Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE motorhomes. The affected vehicles, equipped with an Onan 5.5 Kilowatt Generator, have an external fuel pump and in-line fuel filter that may be improperly secured to the chassis.
The risk: If the fuel pump or filter detach or become loose, a fuel leak may result, which in the presence of an ignition source, can increase the risk of a fire or explosion.
The remedy: REV will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the mounting of the generator's external fuel pump and in-line fuel filter, securing them as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on April 28, 2017. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REVs number for the recall is 170301REV.

The defect: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2017 Fleetwood Storm and Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE motorhomes and 2016-2017 Holiday Rambler Vacationer motorhomes. In the affected vehicles, the spring shackle bolt may contact the fuel filler components or the fuel vent tubing causing a hole, potentially resulting in a fuel leak.
The risk: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
The remedy: REV will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the fuel filler tube and fuel vent components and re-route them or install additional components to shield them from contacting the spring shackle bolt, free of charge. The recall began on April 4, 2017. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 170131REV.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 HOLIDAY RAMBLER VACATIONER XE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED, THE ELECTRONIC STEPS AND GENERATOR FAILED TO FUNCTION, THE HIGH BEAMS WERE STRUCTURALLY UNSOUND AND BEAMED UPWARDS VERSUS IN THE DIRECTION NEEDED FOR VISIBILITY, AND THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS PROVIDED POOR ILLUMINATION. ALSO, THERE WAS A FAILURE WITH THE SWAY BAR AND FUEL PUMP, A LOOSE CONNECTION ON A CHAIR AFFECTING THE DRIVER WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION, THE MASTER BEDROOM ESCAPER SCREEN FELL OUT, AND THE RV SWAYED BACK AND FORTH WITH AN UNSTABLE SUSPENSION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SEVERAL DEALERS: GIANT RECREATION WORLD (1355 CULVER DR. NE, PALM BAY, FL 32907, (321) 242-6261), GIANT RECREATION WORLD (5270 N US HWY 1, PALM SHORES, FL 32940, (321) 242-6261), GIANT RECREATION WORLD - ORMOND BEACH (280 DESTINATION DAYTONA LN, ORMOND BEACH, FL), AND GIANT RECREATION WORLD (13906 W COLONIAL DR., WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787, (407) 656-6444) FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING, BUT THE FAILURES CONTINUED. AN ADDITIONAL UNKNOWN DEALER WAS ALSO CONTACTED, BUT THE FAILURES PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE. *TT

The purpose of this service bulletin is to inform REV dealers about Ford Motor Company?s Customer Satisfaction Program 17B08, affecting certain Ford Class A and Class C gas chassis. According to a notification letter received from Ford regarding this campaign, ?it may be possible the crankshaft pulley bolt was not tightened properly during engine assembly. This may result in the check engine light illuminating If the vehicle is not serviced, engine damage may result.? All repairs must be performed by an authorized Ford dealer.

The purpose of this Product Upgrade owner notification letter is to inform the owners of certain model year 2017 Holiday Rambler brand Vacationer XE, Class A motorhomes about the need for the installation of a compressor delay timer relay. Due to over-sensitivity of the transfer switch, Auto Generator Start will not operate when the air conditioners are set to cool because the transfer switch will not allow the power from the generator through to the motor home. The installation of a compressor delay timer relay will correct this condition. Affected vehicles were manufactured prior to REV Design Change 17-18 and equipped with Option 690 Neutral Loss Protection.

The purpose of this Product Upgrade Service Bulletin is to inform all REV dealers of the need to add a Compressor Delay Timer Relay for the transfer switch to enable Auto Generator Start. Due to over-sensitivity of the transfer switch, Auto Generator Start will not operate when the air conditioners are set to cool because the transfer switch will not allow the power from the generator through to the motor home. Affected vehicles were manufactured prior to REV Design Change 17-18 and equipped with Option 690 Neutral Loss Protection.
