TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 HOLIDAY RAMBLER VACATIONER XE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED, THE ELECTRONIC STEPS AND GENERATOR FAILED TO FUNCTION, THE HIGH BEAMS WERE STRUCTURALLY UNSOUND AND BEAMED UPWARDS VERSUS IN THE DIRECTION NEEDED FOR VISIBILITY, AND THE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS PROVIDED POOR ILLUMINATION. ALSO, THERE WAS A FAILURE WITH THE SWAY BAR AND FUEL PUMP, A LOOSE CONNECTION ON A CHAIR AFFECTING THE DRIVER WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION, THE MASTER BEDROOM ESCAPER SCREEN FELL OUT, AND THE RV SWAYED BACK AND FORTH WITH AN UNSTABLE SUSPENSION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SEVERAL DEALERS: GIANT RECREATION WORLD (1355 CULVER DR. NE, PALM BAY, FL 32907, (321) 242-6261), GIANT RECREATION WORLD (5270 N US HWY 1, PALM SHORES, FL 32940, (321) 242-6261), GIANT RECREATION WORLD - ORMOND BEACH (280 DESTINATION DAYTONA LN, ORMOND BEACH, FL), AND GIANT RECREATION WORLD (13906 W COLONIAL DR., WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787, (407) 656-6444) FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING, BUT THE FAILURES CONTINUED. AN ADDITIONAL UNKNOWN DEALER WAS ALSO CONTACTED, BUT THE FAILURES PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE VIN AND FAILURE MILEAGE WERE NOT AVAILABLE. *TT

The purpose of this Product Upgrade bulletin is to inform REV dealers of the procedure for installing additional means of securing the overhead sofa cabinet to the slide-out ceiling in certain model year 2017 Fleetwood Storm and Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE, Models 32A and 34S, Class A motorhomes.
EQUIPMENT ADAPTIVE/MOBILITY
The purpose of this Product Upgrade Owner Notification Letter is to inform REV dealers and owners of the need to secure the sofa overhead cabinet on certain model year 2017 Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE, Models 32A and 34S. On the affected motorhomes, the fasteners for the sofa overhead cabinet may be inadequately secured by the existing fasteners, and may come loose over time.

The purpose of this Product Upgrade Dealer Notification Letter is to inform REV dealers of the need to secure the overhead sofa cabinet in certain model year 2017 Fleetwood Storm and Holiday Rambler Vacationer XE, Models 32A and 34S, motorhomes. On the affected motorhomes, the fasteners for the sofa overhead cabinet may be inadequately secured by the existing fasteners, and may come loose over time.
ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING
The purpose of this service bulletin is to inform REV dealers about Ford Motor Company?s Customer Satisfaction Program 17B08, affecting certain Ford Class A and Class C gas chassis. According to a notification letter received from Ford regarding this campaign, ?it may be possible the crankshaft pulley bolt was not tightened properly during engine assembly. This may result in the check engine light illuminating If the vehicle is not serviced, engine damage may result.? All repairs must be performed by an authorized Ford dealer.
SERVICE BRAKES, AIR:SUPPLY:COMPRESSOR
The purpose of this Product Upgrade owner notification letter is to inform the owners of certain model year 2017 Holiday Rambler brand Vacationer XE, Class A motorhomes about the need for the installation of a compressor delay timer relay. Due to over-sensitivity of the transfer switch, Auto Generator Start will not operate when the air conditioners are set to cool because the transfer switch will not allow the power from the generator through to the motor home. The installation of a compressor delay timer relay will correct this condition. Affected vehicles were manufactured prior to REV Design Change 17-18 and equipped with Option 690 Neutral Loss Protection.
