WHILE DRIVING AND WITHOUT WARNING, THE SEAT BELT DISENGAGED FROM THE BUCKLE. THE SEAT BELTS HAVE BEEN REPLACED ONCE BEFORE, FOR THIS SAME PROBLEM. NLM SCC
