Issue 1. RV plumbing system poorly designed and installed allowing Grey-water tank damage and unsafe and unsanitary sewage leak. The Grey-water tank was not engineered with close enough tolerance in the mounting structure to prevent shifting during normal driving conditions allowing the tank to uncouple from the mounting rails, breaking the plumbing fixtures and allowing sewage to spill in the plumbing compartment. The tank was also engineered without a support structure under the tank as a supplemental support. The authorized dealer diagnostic inspection and estimate of repair supports the lack of engineering standards. Issue 2. The on-board generator system fuel lines are routed over the top of the chassis lead-acid batteries. This is not logical, safe or prudent. In a collision, a battery short could cause a catastrophic fuel-fed fire.

SUSPENSION
Freightliner Chassis - Detroit Diesel Corp Field Service Campaign D19M4 - Different I-Beam design was introduced on the axles that does no have a flat mating surface on the bottom side of the I-beam where the optional stabilizer brackets are mounted. This may result in damage to the stabilizer bracket due to bending stress during assembly of the U-bolts. Inspection of the stabilizer brackets and I-beams for damage may require installation of spacers and replacement of the stabilizer brackets and mounting hardware. A Detroit Diesel Authorized Repair Facility will perform this service at no charge prior to September 26, 2020.
EQUIPMENT
Girard Water heater requires inspection for possible replacement of the gas valve. - an intermittent occurrence when the gas valve is not openig to light the burner of the water heater. Confirmation of old valve to be replaced is when inspection finds solid balck solenoids . New valve will have white rings around the top of each solenoid and does NOT require replacement.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
