The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2019-2020 Keystone Carbon, Cougar, Fuzion, Impact and Raptor fifth-wheel trailers equipped with a Furrion over the air (OTA) wing-style television antenna. The antenna may separate from the mounting base during transit, becoming a road hazard.
The risk: If the antenna detaches from the trailer while moving it may become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will replace the Furrion wing-style antenna with a Winegard dome-style antenna, free of charge. The recall began August 27, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-381.

Noticed a crack on the fiberglass under front slide out. This crack is associated with a frame failure on the upper portion of the fifth wheel close proximity to the hitch. I have not had a full failure but if someone does not notice or catch this the trailer frame could fail going down the road and who knows what could happen then.

Email to owners regarding campaign 21-406. It has been determined that Polycarbonate skylights used on Alpha Flex and Alpha Ply roof systems may crack. CLOSING NOTICE - This Campaign ends October 31, 2021. All repairs and claims for this campaign must be submitted on or before October 31st to be considered for reimbursement. Further delay in inspection for defective skylights and necessary correction could result in extensive water damage. Lack of participation in the campaign will result in loss of warranty reimbursement for related damage.

The information and instructions in a Keystone Service Bulletin (KSB) are intended to inform RV dealership Service Managers/Technicians of situations that may occur with some Recreational vehicles so dealership personnel can perform proper and efficient service. KSB’s are intended to be used by trained RV technicians with the knowledge, tools and equipment to do the job properly and safely, not “do-it-yourselfers”. Information is not presented as a repair guaranteed to be covered by warranty. Keystone’s P & P (Policy & Procedures) must be followed for any requested warranty work.
