Authorized dealer, GARV of Huntsville, LLC in Tanner AL diagnosed my Keystone Colorado camper with a structural safety hazard (stairs do not reach ground after recall 25-474.) while under active warranty. Keystone RV is failing to authorize the immediate safety repair, putting consumers at risk of fall hazard. The dealer has inspected the unit and documented a structural safety hazard.
