CPSC: CALLER IS REPORTING THAT THE GOLF CAR HAS HAD FAILURE WITH THE SPINDLE BREAKING OFF. HE STATED THAT THE SPINDLE HOLDS THE FRONT WHEEL TO THE SUSPENSION WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED IT STOPPED. THE VEHICLE REMAINS INOPERABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. *JS
