The contact owns a 2024 Thor Quantum RV. The contact stated that while parked with the engine idling, the RV started to vibrate and shake before shutting off. The contact was unable to restart the RV. The RV was later towed to the local mechanic. The local mechanic diagnosed the RV and determined that the fuel pump control module had failed due to condensation from the A/C drainage pipe leaking onto the module. The module was replaced, and the RV was repaired. The contact was informed that due to the design location of the A/C drainage pipe being directly over top of the fuel pump control module, the failure would probably recur. Additionally, while driving at various speeds, the RV was pulling to the right. The RV was taken to the local mechanic, who was unable to properly align the steering wheel due to a manufacturer's defect. No further information was available. The manufacturer was notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 300.

Drove from Gibson Louisiana to Abita Springs Ocean Canyon RV park. Upon arrival we had a buzzer alert going off under dash, we then parked to RV. Tried to put jacks down, did not respond, tried 12v lights did not work, tried slides, again no response. We then plugged in and were able to get jacks and slides out, some lights worked. Still alarm under dash, checked 12 coach battery, almost dead. Called a mobile RV tech, 2 1/2 hours later, he found a ground bolt had come off with 3 grounding wires on it. Tech advised that bolt was only tacked on one side, my Warranty company said a original technician fault and not covered. Talked to Thor later, they advised that is how it is attached, advised warranty company and they still denied. Told Thor that was very poor workmanship for a company trying to improve their standing. This cost me $358.05 out of pocket and time from Rving.

Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
