2023 Toyota Tundra Exterior lighting Problems

2 RECALLS ISSUES: Since I bought that Toyota Tundra from 2023 to now, I was reporting several times issues with knocking engine and losing of engine power (rough running), but service department said nothing happens with. Then, now I have a recall, waiting to get a new engine, that I saw it over the dealer Toyota computer, as the adviser told me "I am in waiting line", but time is running, and no one is contacting me to done it. I am very worry to get issues when I am driving, Then I have to get a long trip no Mexico with the truck, but can not do it like this. Then my reverse lamp lights have a recall too. I'D CONTACT TOYOTA CAMELBACK OF PHOENIX AZ. TWO TIMES, BUT I RECEIVED NO ANSWERS. Thank you so much

The contact stated that while driving 50-60 MPH, the vehicle suddenly decelerated and failed to exceed 20 MPH. The contact safely exited the highway and drove to the destination. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where the fuel injectors and other unknown parts were inspected, and an unknown diagnosis and repairs were completed after 3-4 weeks. There are 2 recalls on my 2023 Toyota Tunda, one was filed on 5/25/25 (approaching a year ago) and the other was filed on 11/6/25 and there is no remedy yet on either one of these issues. The 11/6/25 recall, on my notice they stated the remedy would be ready at the end of January or early February and there is no remedy yet. The other one from May is approaching a year from the notice. I am concerned that if these both warranted a safety recall, that with so much time passing, it continues to put me and my family's safety on hold while I feel Toyota is dragging their feet and not being held accountable for following through with these known recall issues.
